I have a support query and it has been 6 months and is still unassigned.
I cannot print or enter on a specific line.
We have paid for the system and you own all the info with no support.
I am a genealogist and have never experienced this.
Todays technology someone should have contacted me and worked through the problem.
Have used Hawkeye and really like it. Have a support question and can NOT find a way to contact anyone. I have an account and won't let me log in, and won't let me create a new password. Can't create a new account because my email is already in their system. Can't find a phone number or email to contact them.
Been using Hawkeye Loft Management now for a few years and have found it to be a bit buggy. Just doesn't do what is required and what you want. Seems to have a mind of it's own at times.

Did you manage to get support? I have an issue as well, can't seem to get hold of anyone at Comproware.
I have had no joy. I reported in Apr 2022 and still nobody has responded.
